Mine's exactly the same 4th-10th with 7th of October as the actual date, my support page also says the same info as yours :)

any news about it? My iPhone 7 Plus also was on that flight, if you leave there today morning would receive all :)
 
Going to confirm Very have sent me the correct model and capacity before cancelling my John Lewis order which is already waiting at my chosen store.
 
I'm confused? Who's the Dragon's Den guy and what's happening? Haha.
In other (related) news, I was on a part time shift at CPW yesterday and they had delivery of a Jet Black normal 7 for display purposes only (previous one was stolen :eek: ) and we opened it and my god, it is absolutely gorgeous.

I have the MB 7 Plus, and I love it, but the JB is just where it's at for me.
Loved it.
 
Can anyone help me?!!!! I'm going away for a year soon so desperately trying to get a 128GB iPhone 7 Plus in matt black. I'm desperately trying to get one through John Lewis online as if you get it through them you also get 3,200 air miles/avios! I've been refreshing the page at work the last couple of days but it's constantly saying out of stock. How have people managed to get the + through John Lewis? Is there a certain time of the day to check the page?! Please help!
 
On phone to Apple - on hold 10mins so far ... lalalala .... hoping for a shipping update better than the info I've had so far!

How are you all managing to order them from John Lewis?!!!! :( The 128 GB matt black is constantly showing out of stock. Is there certain times to try?

What date is yours expected? i wonder if we are on the same flight. I cant track my 7 Plus for some reason, entered the tracking info into DHL website and it doesn't recognise it. Got an estimated delivery date of October 7th tho.
 
My phone arrived in Amsterdam yesterday (6ky4342). There has been no update on dhl tracker but on my Apple account the order has gone from dispatched to: Preparing handover to final carrier. Wondering whether that will happen today or whether it is going to take a few days

My latest message from Apple was delivery on 30th September via UPS.
Found a UPS flight 5X11 currently over Kazakhstan, headed to Cologne, I'm guessing that's the one?

If it is on that plane then I guess there's an outside chance of delivery tomorrow.
 
I am hoping someone can help. I am new to this forum. On Tuesday at lunchtime my 128GB Matt Black 7 plus went to preparing for dispatch but as of yet has not dispatched.

Has anyone who ordered a matt black 7plus that went to preparing for dispatch on Tues actually gone to dispatched and have had their phone ship.

Thank you in advance for your help
 
My phone is on the Y87457 flight due to land in the Netherlands in a couple of hours.(I think my DHL flight freighter tracking is full of really random dates!) Apple say it will deliver on the 7th October. If my phone does arrive this afternoon at Schipol will it actually take a full week to get to me?

Your's is sooner than mine then, i guess you ordered earlier. I've got DHL, would of preferred UPS, they seem easier to track.

Why is there a date in October as the latest status?

via DHL, it will take around a week to get to us...
 
My dhl tracking for 6ky4342 has just been updated. Estimated delivery by end of day 30th September! On Apple account it's still saying 5th October
