DHL tracking says with courier.
Apple tracking says Out for Delivery.

London Brent Cross just showed some JB plus stock. Gone before I could grab one though.
Yes, identical dates, times and spec-that's what makes me think your tracker is 'stuck'.

Anyone with any DHL experience I have a questionine is showing cleared customs and then recovered Amsterdam. Does anyone know how long it takes to get transferred over to the individual tracking number. Although mine is showing flight on the 2nd Pctober looks as if it landed in Amsterdam yesterday so weird!
mine is exactly the same as yours, noticed it cleared customs too. I guess it will get sorted and sent over to the UK at some point today for delivery either tomorrow or monday. Anyone with DHL deliveries had anything on a Saturday?
I run my own business, we will get dhl deliveries on a Saturday but only if you pay a premium price for staurday delivery and I doubt Apple have paid for that. In gbp according to dhl it's £30 per delivery!
I think my JB 256GB Plus is probably with yours too - despatched from Apple on 27th, scanned by UPS on 27th in ZhengZhou, then nothing until a delay message yesterday morning (blaming Apple when UPS had already had it for 2 days with no movement!). My tracker shows nothing after the delay message yesterday morning ☹️
It's all very frustrating.
DHL deliveries don't give out hourly slots.
For tracking you need to use the reference from the original Dispatch email. The one on the Apple website is just the original pallet tracking number.

I have the same thing with the flight showing 2nd October but having arrived in Amsterdam. I don't have anything for customs though.

Mine updated and says November 18th aswell - I'm glad I ordered another one from Carphone Warehouse. It'll be delivering on or before October 21st, almost an entire month before Apple. That time table is still available if you want to try your luck with them.

I don't think I've seen the UPS tracking 'stuck' before but there's always hope!

given a lot of people waiting for the JB+ are due to get them in the next few days, I think they shipment from the far east will also be having plenty of stock for stores too.. again just my hunch..
Only problem with CPW is their sim-free iPhones lock to the first network of the sim you put in to it. Ordering from Apple means it's truly unlocked.
I hope you do get it as soon as October 21st but be careful. A few people on this thread have mentioned how CPW have messed up their delivery estimates.
Mine shows an arrival scan at Incheon at 20:06 on the 29th, then a departure scan from Incheon at 13:00 on the 30th. All very strange and as you say, it was with UPS for at least 2 days of nothing.
