i also got delivery date 18th-31st for jet black+ 128gb....status is still progressing -.- really hope that it will change to preparing to dispatch soon

So I received my black plus from JL yesterday, as it was restoring a noticeably loud hissing noise was coming from the back of the phone. Once it was complete its never got that loud again but still noticeable which is very annoying, it makes a noise if the screen is on, then as soon as I load a webpage or play a game it gets louder. So my options are to either return to JL for a refund or take it to an applestore. JL don't know when they're getting more in so I have an appointment at the genius bar for Friday but I won't be taking it there unless I know for sure that they'll give me a brand new phone sealed in a retail box. If they won't guess I'll have to return and find another, this phone was assembled week 39 so there's a good chance the majority of plus's are effected but maybe not as bad as mine.

I'm in Birmingham and Apples delivery estimate says 3rd, but it's currently in Germany with UPS so not holding my breath. Are you expecting yours tomorrow?
Yea my estimate changed the other day from the 7th to the 3rd. But I haven't seen any movement this weekend.
Good luck with that, hopefully they will, though demand is high and yields are lower than usual. But that nice shiny finish will be worth the wait.
I got the same date, albeit for the matte black. God knows what I'll do when it finally arrives and I don't keep obsessively checking for a change. I might have to fill that time with work or something, oh dear god
Seen the first bit of movement on the phone since Friday.
It was seemingly holed up in Amsterdam for the weekend, and just to end its half the planet tour its decided to see Brussels. It's had a better holiday than me this year.
Please somebody tell me this is normal, and I'll have my phone tomorrow.

18/31 club too! I reckon we will see some movement by Tuesday! Being an android guy I should be using this time to learn how to actually use the thing when it comes!

looking at this http://book.eastmidlandsairport.com/emacargo.nsf/Content/cologne seem like there are no ups/dhl flights into East Mids from cologne on a Sunday? Maybe its for outbound fights from EM

Yep, totally normal.
Just checked and it passed through Belgium earlier, so I guess it's not coming by plane.
Scheduled delivery still tomorrow.
Mines just been through Brussels too. Hoping for delivery tomorrow but technically not scheduled til Tuesday.
So, all it needed was a full restore. I called again tonight and they talked me through. Press the vol decrease button then the power button until the iTunes logo appears and plug into a computer with iTunes
Or hold the decrease vol button down whilst you plug into a computer with iTunes on it.
Then do a full restore.
Why on earth they didn't tell me this first is beyond me.
Don't be too downhearted, it's likely someone at Apple authorised the removal of the activation lock, allowing the restore to work. So restoring before the lock was removed won't have helped.
