Well, just ordered mine for pick up from Leeds on launch, 256Gb matte black to replace my SE, not a big fan of ditching the audio jack but keen on the other improvements.

I do agree that Tapatalk has been getting worse, but it is still my preferred method to browse Macrumors forums...

Tapatalk is getting worse indeed. Between their forced social section, the auto subscribe to a thread, despite me telling it not to. I could go on.

How likely is it that some iPhone 7s will become available for in store pickups on the morning of next Saturday from people not collecting reservations on the launch day?

Was going to sit this one out but changed my mind and want to get a 128gb jet black on the iPhone upgrade programme.

Some early 6am mornings refreshing the site me thinks

No one knows how likely. It'll be pure guessing. The fact that Apple have said they're reopening reservations on the 17th, implies there will be daily stock to the stores though.

Apple Watch and iPhone 7+ still showing as processing and confirmed order at 08:06. Paid with Barclaycard and ApplePay.

Is this normal for it to still say processing even tho the watch is apparently going to be delivered on the 16th?

Yes

You'd think I'd know by now- I'm just paranoid that Barclaycard will screw up the payments even though I've used it for a few high value Apple purchases this year.
Ya you're just being paranoid, relax mate :) everything will go through fine.

Stop worrying about failed payments people. Even if payment fails Apple gives you a chance to update the details and try again. They don't just delete your order.

My 128GB rose gold iPhone 7 plus has moved to preparing to dispatch. Praise be to Francis, patron saint of UK Apple customers.

Yes. Halifax blocked my payment for fraud purposes yesterday. I got it authorised at 18:50 and I just checked my status and it's moved to preparing for dispatch. I have a 16th of Septmeber delivery date. Just keep an eye on your order so you will see if your card has not been authorised.

Yeah it is, don't worry about it, I've got an iPhone 7+ and an Apple Watch Series 2 on pre-order too (both for the 16th) and I'm still on processing too, don't worry you'll definitely get it for the 16th. :)

Haha. I won't get the phone on the 16th.. That date is 27-29 Sept for me still.

Guys worth checking daily ahead of the 17th.

I casually checked this morning (sat 10th) and was able to reserve a jet black 128GB for launch morning on the Upgrade Programme. One showing in black too which was out of stock yesterday.

So pumped!
