I am still angered that Apple get away with such pricing "anomalies"

Apparent pricing (source - micgadget)
iPhone 7 32GB in the US - $649
iPhone 7 32GB in the UK - $799 (£599)
iPhone 7 32GB in the EU - $855 (€759)

They are all made in China!

I was able to order through AT&T but have a ship date of oct 14-21 for the 7 Plus Jet Black 128GB. I hope it doesn't take a while like it said.

My reservation confirmation came in at 3:03:31 Eastern. 128GB iPhone 7 ATT for collection via the upgrade program. Pickup is 8am on 9/16!

UPDATE - I was already in the upgrade program, I opened the App it had pre-order on the screen, clicked it and it automatically told me I was in the upgrade program and asked if I'd like to upgrade? I said yes and it pushed me over to their reservation system.

Wow, Jet Black was pushed back quickly. Ordered as soon as the app finally came online and its already back 1-2 weeks. Estimated to deliver between the 26th and 3rd of Oct. 256GB, Jet Black, 7Plus, VZW.

Got my order in for a 7+, Black, 128GB, Verizon through the app. Delivers on the 16th.

Reserved the 256GB plus in black using the app. (Safari and chrome both didn't load on my MacBook). Jet Black was already sold out.

Estimated shipping date of Sept26-OCt 3! Not much point in waking up at 2am:(
Applied for iPhone upgrade program, must be because of approval time?

Well its 3:07 am Eastern time and Apples Site still is up to allow pre-orders. But the carriers are up with a 7-10+ day delay already.
That might be because they took orders early. On a whim I tried and preordered a 7 Plus via the Verizon app one hour early. Got my confirmation email with 9/16 delivery.
