Ordered through Verizon. First ten minutes the countdown was negative, and the link kept going to the page to sign up for updates. But I got it. 128 Jet Black, estimated delivery 10/5 but I'm hopeful it's being conservative!

Ended up with 7 Plus GOLD version 256GB. The jet black delivery date had already slipped. At least the rest of the order system didn't crash for me. Set to arrive 9/16!

Unreal. Piss poor on Apple. How are the Plus models all delivering the 27th-29th. It's 3:08 and all of them are sold out?
Probably just a really limited supply. Many people will probably get them earlier than that. Apple tends to say they'll arrive late just to be on the safe side, that way if people get them early they're happy. If they say they'll get there on Sept 16 and some are delayed then those people will get mad.

.... And the stupid app seems to have ordered two phones for me on the same line... Ugh. Not calling to fix the problem today.

London UK Experience:

Ordered the Jet Black 256gb via the app at 8:07am

Conformation email tells me it'll be with me 26 Sep - 3 Oct.

So doesn't look like it was ever really available on launch day, put perhaps Apple have just put that date in to give them some flexibility?

Apple has said supplies of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be constrained, so it's a good idea to pre-order a device right away if you're hoping to for a launch-day delivery. Jet Black iPhone 7 Pluses had a delivery date of September 26 to October 3 right when pre-orders launched.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus come in 32, 128, and 256GB configurations, with five color options: Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Black, and Jet Black, the new glossy shade. Jet Black is only available in 128 and 258GB.

In the United States, iPhone 7 pricing starts at $649 for the 32GB model. The 128 and 256GB models are priced at $749 and $849, respectively.

iPhone 7 Plus starts at $769 for the 32GB model. The 128GB and 256GB models are priced at $869 and $969, respectively.

With the iPhone Upgrade Program, which allows users to get a new iPhone each year with AppleCare+ support, iPhone 7 pricing starts at $32.41 per month and iPhone 7 Plus pricing starts at $37.41 per month.

The earliest pre-orders will likely be delivered to customers on September 16, which is the official launch date for the two devices.

What a waste of my time.

Wow, Jet Black was pushed back quickly. Ordered as soon as the app finally came online and its already back 1-2 weeks. Estimated to deliver between the 26th and 3rd of Oct. 256GB, Jet Black, 7Plus, VZW.
Yep, me too. Got Jet Black 256GB, ATT. Same Sep 26 - Oct 3 delivery.

I am not buying this year, but this is ridiculous. This year you can't order when using wifi, you have to use mobile signal. What is it going to be next year?
I ordered on WiFi using the Apple Store app on my iPhone 6 Plus and it could not have gone smoother.

I keep getting a god damn error at the AT&T check account screen via the Apple app!?! Anyone else having this issue?!

Lies site is still down

Was down for me until 3:12 AM EDT. Delivery of the black 7+ 256 has already been pushed back 9/27-9/29.

Maybe I'll just cancel it or refuse delivery. The more time I have between ordering and delivery the more I will likely realize I really don't need a new phone.

the store didn't work for me until 12:06 PCT, by that time 256G Jet Black shipping was 2-3 weeks!

I don't know what happened, nothing changed between 12:01 and 12:06, tried Safari, Chrome, Apple Store App on the iPhone and iPad (WiFi and Cellular) nothing worked until 12:06!

Had I known that the Jet Black 7 Plus 128 GB was going to ship at a later date (with no in-store pickup) I might have rethought my strategy before buying. I didn't even notice the 26 Sept - 03 Oct arrival date until I got my confirmation email.

UGH. The website wasn't up on my laptop so i was ordering on my iPhone and had Sept 16 available but I filled out pickup and btw I went to check out, it was unavailable. now I am getting shipped and delivers Sept 23-27?? :p
