You post deflections away from what was asked of you continually. Forums don't work the way you perceive. The issue I have with your posts aside from avoiding answering your half empty claims, is you generate "Opinions" that have zero credibility that you never cite with a source when requested. I already provided you an example of the Cook/Ive Fashion statement post you completely distorted out of value. And then you conveniently backed out of that discussion to stray away from being called out.

I called you out on multiple threads, because I sensed dishonesty in your posts, that has nothing to do with opinions, that's called facts. If I sense nonsense, I have every right to question you. Rather you choose to answer is apparent in ALL your responses. You don't have to like what I say, but I have nothing to hide, which you habitually do.
You sensed! Lol. What are you a freaking Jedi. Thank you for your concern. I look forward to you using your Jedi mind tricks on my future posts. I choose to look at my claims as being half full not half empty.

I got it just for the dual cameras. Hopefully next year the smaller model will have it , as the 7 plus is just too big lol

If history of the iPhone release has anything to say, I would gather that the non-Plus model will receive the dual camera in 2018.

iPhone 6+ = OIS Optical Image Stabilization
iPhone 6S+ = OIS Optical Image Stabilization
iPhone 7 = OIS Optical Image Stabilization
iPhone 7+ = Dual Camera

Though I would like Tim Cook and Co to prove me wrong. I suspect that 4K at 60fps will be released with iPhone 2017.

At least you can admit your posts are "Half full." Progression is a good thing. I look forward to reading more of your posts in the future. But I'm confident That you will be much more vigilant of what you post AND posting that of substance.

Good for you. It's a massive phone that I never felt entirely comfortable using.

I had the 6 Plus but went back to the regular 6S. I like the big screen but the overall phone's size gets annoying. Im waiting for the iPhone 8/X plus and hopefully smaller form factor.

I actually had the 6 Plus for a year, and got annoyed by some use cases with such a large phone, and as a result went to the 6s for the following year. While it was amazing to use one handed and felt much more mobile, I really missed the larger screen primarily for taking and editing photos quickly while on the go.

In all honesty it's nice to have different options, but would be nicer if the same features were kept across them all.

Had the 6+ and 6S+, though I liked the FHD screen and the OIS the size was just not productive for daily use. If the top and bottom bezels were trimmed, I may consider it again. The other issue I had was with the OS, it did not feel completely catered for the larger screen size.

I wonder if the dual lens camera has been the factor pushing the iPhone 7Plus to such a level of success. I think it was for me. It's no secret I generally do not like the Plus size phones. Yet I'm rather fond of this one. The camera really impresses me a lot. I thought the S7 and Note 7 cameras would be hard to beat at this point. I am really favorably impressed by how the 7Plus can capture colors and lighting almost exactly as I see them.

I also haven't been unduly plagued by the watercolors effect I was expecting based on photos I saw from iPhones I've owned before and on early release models of the iPhone 7 plus.

Sounds like a car manufacturer sales tactic, you can have these options only if you buy the higher priced model. If the dual camera was available on the non-Plus model, these sales figures would be different. This is not a true comparison based on features available alone. Had the only differentiating feature been the larger screen then Apple may have more validity to its claim. Until that, its just spin from Tim Cook and Co.

Of course they would. I have a friend who had the 6s, and had no interest in the Plus, until they released a camera he absolutely had to have. Anecdotal though my account is, I would be surprised to find that it wasn't the case for many previous iPhone holders.

Doesn't surprise me one bit. The 7 Plus has been way more difficult to get ahold of (no pun intended) in stores due to low stock (and high demand) and I see way more 7 Plus's than I expected. Whenever I do talk to people about why they went with the larger phone, they tell me that camera wasn't the driving factor, it was the only factor. One girl seriously told me "If this camera were on the smaller one, I would've bought that. I use my phone one-handed way more than I thought and this phone sucks at that".

And this is why you'll never see dual cameras in the non-Plus model: what would be the need to upgrade otherwise?

Too bad. I really wanted those dual cameras but the Plus is too big to fit into my rear pocket and thus useless to me.

Is saying the 7 Plus as "the most popular" Plus model significant? After all, there have only been two Plus models, ever.

how would anyone really know? They don't release any sales figures, I don't think any of the phone manufactures due, but ok, I will just take your word on it.

I got my Wife a Rose gold 7 Plus for New Years and she loves it, so having choice is great. (She came from the regular 6).

I think another reason why the iPhone 7 Plus sold well was the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 debacle. After the recall of the Galaxy Note 7, while many users switched to Samsung's Galaxy S7 Edge, many ended up switching to the iPhone 7 Plus also.
