Have you considered emailing Tim Cook with pictures and a receipt and/or going back to the the store where you purchased (if it was an Apple Store?) I do not have Cook's email, but any time I emailed him with an issue, someone got back to me and made things right.

If you do either of these, be polite yet firm and give the facts.

No I didn't, I tried in very clam manner with Apple Store but here people are very frustrating more than me. How can I get the tim cook email address

Sorry if I offended you in any way, sorry for that.

If its flaking and/or chipping its because something was wrong in the process whether the brand worshipers admit it or not.

Agreed. It's more of a rarity that these iPhones would have issues with the anodization and aluminum uses versus physical damage, which would likely be apparent if this was the result of damage. I like my Apple products to, but I believe this is a manufacture defect, mainly because the OP has only had the iPhone for a very short time.

Apple isn't perfect, but their customer service is what stands out in situations like these they get these issues resolved if it's not the owners fault.

I doubt Samsung would give you the time of day if the same happened to one of their phones.
Or have a store to walk into. To the OP you really have few choices. Sue apple, good luck with that, stop using cheap cases on an expensive phone and live with it, ask for and pay for an out of warranty exchange if the country your in has that program, keep trying to change Apple's position, complain on the internet to gather sympathetic replies for your issue, photos work well for that.

Agreed.

Also notice you have the 910 Yoga. I bought the same last month and it is nice for sure. No more Apple laptops for me.

False. And This is a rather poor statement. When I was a Samsung Galaxy user for years, and I had hardware issues with my phone's, they were supportive and responsive with replacing issues with my devices. The only drawback was they do not have as many stores as Apple does, so everything had to be completed over the phone.

I honestly think the red iPhones are rushed. I've seen too many issues with red iPhones.
I have not experienced any issues. Red phone is the most beautiful, eye catching, attention getter and gorgeous iPhone color ever made in iPhone history.

Well they are saying wear & tear policy but there is nothing like that not single scratch or dent on the phone. seriously stay away from red colour
Generalization about all red iphone will have the same issue is not fact. I have not experienced any issues and I baby my most gorgeous, beautiful, eye catching and attention getter red phone with the best made case from the most reputable maker. It is still intact.

Ok why now the colour is coming off from different places even that place not covered by cover and its not cheap though. I also have iphone I used many different covers but the cover never got peel. This issue never reported in previous generations, there is something wrong otherwise nobody wants to damage a brand new phone & of course specially a iphone never.

You know, I think some of these clear cases have a chemical or composition that can be making these issues arise. Only reason why I say that is due to the amount of people I read with this issue who have said they are "Just using a clear case".

Edit: What also makes me think this is what type of chemicals/coating do they use to keep the case from yellowing, clouding up, etc?
My 3.5 yr iphone 6 grey with an apple leather case had minor nicks and scuffs but the paint did not chip. My 3.5 year-old black iPhone 5 got paint chips just from debris in its various cases. My 2 yr gold se has nothing. My 5 mth red iphone 7 got a chip by the speaker grill after putting a clear griffen wallet case and travelling in tropical climates for a month.
