Yeah, it's ridiculous. I cancelled my 7+ pre-order, and the store did an upgrade to a 7 for me, but as of yet I've had nothing on my VF account. My allowance is still my old sim only one, my price is still the sim only one, I haven't had the Spotify thing - according to my Vodafone account I'm still on my sim only plan!
Normally I'd say that it's a good thing, but my sim only plan didn't include roaming, my iphone one does and I'm going on holiday next week! My Spotify subscription has also lapsed, so I'm waiting on that.
The whole thing is a shambles. If my allowance isn't correct by the time I leave for Rome I'll send them a letter requesting they fix it. According to their own T&C if they don't fix it in 7 days after that I'll be able to cancel the contract under section 11 of their terms. Im sort of hoping they do, not for the fact of getting a free phone, but more that getting a free phone will cost them money, and I think they deserve to pay for the lies they've told.
Either way, they seem to be useless.
Edit: also, if anyone wants proof that the tracker thing doesn't work, my 7+ order which was cancelled by customer relations on Friday is still showing as stage 2 - accepted!
