Totally Fake! Apple will never put touch id on the back. It will be either embedded in display or otherwise on the power button.Another fake casing looking for attention. Touch ID has a very low rate of being on the back of the iPhone. I still believe it will be on the front of display or embedded under.
Also that camera bulge difference from what we have seen in early mockups..
This is not an Apple phone. It's not a prototype and it's not a phone that they will release. The Chinese fakes are very good at looking pretty legit.Ok. We'll see in September.

The display isn't going to change for a fingerprint reader underneath it. It's the fingerprint technology that must change to scan through the display. One methodology for doing this is using ultrasound. Apple has figured it out.Ok I am calling it Now. IMO since Samsung could not get their own OLED displays to have an underclass finger print sensor buttons etc. The same people making the Displays for Apples IPhone 8. I say it is highly likely that Apple's IPhone 8 WILL HAVE a TOuch ID Button on the Back.
Samsung will have it working on the Note 8 which will be released before the next iPhone.Ok I am calling it Now. All leaks/schematics I've seen for the Note 8 show a fingerprint reader on the back, directly beside dual camera sensors. A truly horrible design.Samsung will have it working on the Note 8 which will be released before the next iPhone.

No. Apple wouldn't make a phone with Touch ID on the back, let alone one with Touch ID on the back and one with Touch ID on the front in the same year. Couldn't be a worse business move.Could the iPhone 7S/7S Plus be the ones with the Touch ID sensor on the back? Still using aluminum too. The iPhone 8/Pro/Edition which is rumored to have a glass back could be the only one with the sensor under the screen.
So you are saying the part is a fake? Has it been proven so? Sorry I’ve been away from these forums all weekend. You sound awfully sure of yourself considering everything is based on speculation or rumour...No. Apple wouldn't make a phone with Touch ID on the back, let alone one with Touch ID on the back and one with Touch ID on the front in the same year. Touch ID will be on the front in the home button on the 7s which looks virtually identical to the iPhone 7. Touch ID will be under the display of not exist on the OLED iPhone, and it's looking like it won't exist. If it doesn't exist then Apple decided that the infrared 3D facial detection was satisfactorily superior or equal in all ways that matter.

Price point is a good enough reason for them to release an aluminium iPhone with Touch ID on the back. Not everyone will want to spend the rumoured $1000 plus price tag of the Pro/Edtion or whatever its being called these days. Maybe the 7S will not have a home button on the front either, but with a larger display at a cost similar to that of the current iPhone 7, people won’t mind the Touch ID on the back. There are variables you, I or anyone else here don’t know.
What if there's simply no touch id?If it has the touch-ID on the back, I won't buy it.
Variables we don't know, but we use our brains to deduce what is likely and what makes absolutely no sense. So you are saying the part is a fake? Has it been proven so? I had the Pixel and didn’t mind it. In other words, you and the people you know don’t represent the population as a whole.I know many people who do mind Touch ID on the back.
You may not mind it, but it's not the optimal place.I had the Pixel and didn’t mind it. In other words, you and the people you know don’t represent the population as a whole.
Where’s the optimal place? Who determines what’s optimal? I don’t know about you but my index finger rests just under the Apple logo while I’m using my 7. I have to reach to use the home button where it is now.You may not mind it, but it's not the optimal place.
