Welcome to Intel RealSense 3D apl copy...in other news Hololens is skipping v2 going straight to v3.... explanation: lack of competition

Here's why:

Already a game changer in Industry

Thanks for reminding me every once in a whole how hilariously short-sighted all these pro-competition, anti-Apple comments are.

Especially in light of how iOS 11 will bring AR capabilities to hundreds of millions of iOS devices later this year.

The phone isn't going to b as spectacular as people believe, every year people come up with the most bogus ideas of what the iPhone will do and how it will look and it always ends up being more of the same. IF they do have a phone with edge to edge display and nice camera there will surely be a hefty price to go with it. The iPhone ripped off HTC's dual camera, metal body/antenna bands, live photos, dual speakers etc... They copied Samsung's display, and LG's rear finger print sensor. The "3D" camera IDEA floating around is based off the separation of the dual camera len's for better depth (Much like we saw on the HTC One m8 3-4 years ago. But hey I-Fans will be happy to let apple take credit for ideas they copied and improved. Apples iPhone has always seemed inspired by HTC handsets, and I can guarantee it's only a matter of time before apple starts putting sensors throughout the front, sides and back of thier handsets, as HTC is rumored to be doing this year.

Are you the marketing guy for HTC?

I didn't realize dual speakers were actually a "copyable offense". Next up will be dual microphones for stereo recording will be tagged as being "ripped off." The difference between Apple and htc is that software and hardware methods are fully supported on a going forward basis on flagships.

I don't know we'll just have to wait and see. I've been i bit disappointed a couple of years but I think/feel this one will be different.
