I was processed and ordered in US eastern zone by 8:01 using the Apple Store app and utilizing their “get ready” function that already pre authorized my card and linked to my carrier.

Jumped immediately, and email confirmation, both say delivery on 25th. I could do in store pickup on 19th but nah I’m not doing that.

Blue 17 pro max 2TB.

Dang had to do in-store pickup to get mine 9/19, and I placed my order at 5:01, for delivery it had already said 9/25. Oh well, a trip to the mall isn’t so bad

I was reloading, assuming that they just hadn’t gotten the store up yet. When I saw others completing their orders, I decided to stop reloading. Now I’m reloading on one device but not the other, and nothing is working. Still stuck on the “Excited” page 20 minutes in. What a disaster.
Not alone. This is terrible. I want to go to bed.

Ordered a 17 Pro 1TB and 17 Pro Max 1TB and was given an estimated delivery of 9/25. I just looked at the site and it says the estimated delivery is 9/19 for someone ordering now. I am wondering if the 9/25 date was a mistake and most will show up on 9/19 and update soon after the orders process

Apple Card checkout is kind of bumpy.
Yeah, I had the option for delivery of 9/25 but I chose store pick up for 9/19 and I was getting the pick up time getting filled super fast. It failed twice because of it.

Luckily I got my 17pro Deep blue 1tb secured though!

Finally got in and was able to order a 17 Pro Max for store pickup on the 19th. The app wasn’t allowing me to change the store so had to go to my MacBook to complete everything.

Weird though that right away shipping isn’t delivering on the 19th

Just got mine from AT&T. Was torn between the orange and deep blue, but decided to go with the deep blue. Says will delivered on release day. Fingers crossed.
Did you by chance look at the Watches. I just ordered the Ultra 3 from Att about 1 min into the release and it shows delivery the 26th of September were as both Verizon and T-Mobile are showing the 19th.

Ordered a 17Pro Silver (512) for myself and the Air Gold (256) for my wife. I ordered mine on my macbook. Hers on her iMac.

In both cases, I was stuck on the waiting page in Safari. Switching over to Chrome--I was able to buy right away. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, so if for whatever reason any of you are having trouble in Safari, try a different browser!

This went surprisingly smooth.

You need to stay on the „excited? So are we“ screen. After a minute or so, you’ll see the store.

I guess there is a queue system. If you refresh the page or restart the store app, you’ll be reset to the start of the queue I think.
Thanks for the tips. I thought we needed to refresh the page occasionally so I wasn't getting in.

Both my Air (512) and my Wife’s pro (256) defaulted to 9/25 within seconds of the store being back up. One of them being backordered? Sure. Both? Can’t imagine. Thinking the 9/25 is wrong and will bump up.

Ordered at 8:04 PM orange 1TB 9/25 put through another order for the exact same phone at 8:12 and got 9/19 so who knows what is going on with the 9/25 delivery dates. Maybe they are place holders. I will update as things develop.

So, like others I was only offered 9/25 as a delivery date from the pre order setup so I’m opted for on day store pickup, but really don’t want to do that. On a whim I just went into the store again and ordered the same thing (blue air 256) and was offered the 9/19 delivery date so ordered it that way and will cancel the first one. Seems like if you did all the pre order setup up then you didn’t get the 9/19 delivery date, which was the whole point of doing that.
