iPhone Basics: Is the will the iPhone5C be a better iPhone overall than the current?

Carriers will lie till the end. They purposely misstate the terms in order to get you to buy.

This happened to me, I found out that I would never get 4G, but oh well. I get free tethering out of it so an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.
