iPad iphone clock app on ipad 2

Well.. i copied them from i i4. Not the 4s... all apps work, but icons are blank and the mobile timer crashes upon launch... Any ideas?

The Clock app (along with the Stocks and Weather apps) will not ever be compatible with iPad beyond 5.0.1 firmware unless Apple starts hosting unencrypted versions beyond 5.0.1.
 
As stated, it won't work.
One of the most aggressive and successful hackers has already declared it's not gonna happen.
