I really don't see how the fact that 3 out of 4 people skipped OSX when given the choice (and presumably stayed with Windows) is anything to brag about.
If folks were truly given a choice, I'm surprised that only 1 out of 4 picked Macs. So much for those who who insist that Windows market penetration is so high only because it's forced on people in the enterprise segment.
Well there is more to the story here than simply choice, is there not? Does every employee there have the option to purchase a new machine every year? Every two years? Every three?
Furthermore, most people will "default" on their choice, they will pick what is most comfortable and what they believe to be the most typical for their use model/industry. What you are seeing, an increased number of people choosing an alternative, is exactly what happens before critical mass. MS knows it and fears it, Apple knows it and is pushing for it.
