Hi can someone explain what this means? The status is marked exception. Will I get my phone?

I have the same exception .... argh! I wonder if I can cancel that order and then order another phone for store pick up. It wasn’t available when I preordered the other day but seems to be now.

Once your order is preparing to ship, you cannot cancel.
 
Mine is stuck now too, same issue. Never seen this before out of all the phones I’ve ever ordered.

Just wait it out I assume. It’s not just your phone. It’s likely whole pallets full of iPhones in one large shipment that may have been missing customs clearance documents. I’m sure it will be rectified quick. Pallets of iPhones being shipped as preorders aren’t gonna be forgotten about by apple. I’m sure it will clear the warehouse sooner than later.

I’ve been having same issues. I called ups and they basically said it’s a customs issue and there’s nothing to do. I’m pissed I paid for extra shipping. I chatted with Apple and got my money back on the extra shipping. You should do the same
 
Has anyone else’s moved mines been saying that for the past 2 days

Mine changed to this yesterday.... still no eta though.

I continue to get this as well. My only concern is that since I already have my return kit, what do I do if the two weeks pass and I still don’t have the phone or I get the phone late, but then have activation issues, so I go beyond the two week return period. What do I do then?
 
Off device but bought a MBAir and saw the same activity. I hazard a guess at capacity.
if they use UPS ( did for the MB A) there is a ‘lag’. The arrival estimates was totally on time.

Your comment made me hopeful and it’s being proven true. Just got a notification that my phone will be delivered tomorrow, which was the original delivery date.

I just got an update that my phone is arriving tomorrow... so hopefully you get yours soon as well.
 
My 12Pro made it in the first batch (I suppose) and I got it Friday. My wife's appears stuck in Korea now, it was due tomorrow 10/27. Mine went straight from China to Anchorage, I wonder why her's is going through Korea.

I had a notification last night saying it was going to be delivered today on Tuesday then I get another one this morning saying it’s still in customs and needs to go through a clearance agency
 
They broke me when they kept my delivery date as today and then as I was leaving work it switched to unknown and then to Thursday.

Wednesday is my day off and I was looking forward to having it by then. I ordered another phone for pickup tomorrow morning and I’ll return the other one whenever it shows up. I’m weak ha
