LOL, I still have two ipods. A shuffle for the gym. And 20gb that sits in the glove box of my car connected to my car stereo. No more cd's for me.

Yes

I have an older nano I use for the gym and my truck. I can't use arm bands cause when I work out my arms swell up and the bands break. When I am jumping rope and doing shadow boxing, the ipod usually falls out of my pocket a few times.. I'd hate to risk that witht the iphone, even though I have a case.

I have a shuffle for most physical activities (running, biking, yard work, etc)

I have about 30 movies in iTunes each about 1 gb. I use my 30 gb video ipod to take all those movies with me when going on long trips. When not on a trip, I have that set up on my ihome to listen to while doing work at home.

Everyday listening is on my Iphone.

So yes I still use two other ipod's in conjunction with my iphone.

Agreed... For those of you that are using your iphone when you work out...you obviously arent working out hard enough or you can deal with it bouncing around all over the place. No case or holder can keep the iphone secure enough for me while I workout.

Get outside and run some hills, do some sprints and plyometrics and see if your iphone doesn't end up on the ground.

Nano 8GB--FTW while workout out
Iphone 16GB when in mojo mode.
No cause the hills are alive.

I keep my phone, keys and gum in a fanny pack waist pouch thing. I can run, lift, stationary bike and do the www.crossfit.com WOD all with no issue. Now, A2DP stereo bluetooth will be a GODSEND.

But my iPhone doesn't flop around to the point where its noticable. Plus people have been stealing from lockers, getting car keys and stealing or stealing from cars at my gym. They can have my exta skivvies, but not my whip!

Another reason to keep your iPod is to have something to transfer photos to from a camera. When I travel and I'm taking hundreds of pix, I can pop them over to my iPod for longer-term storage, freeing up space on the camera's memory card.

I own an 80GB ipod that i think i will still use when i get the new iphone, the main reason is i have 50GB of music i will probably separate my music from my video and photos and just store video and photos on the iphone giving me more space for music on my ipod which is currently maxed out :( and if there is a new ipod released in sept i will maybe buy that too depending on the updates, my 2nd ipod was bought at the last sept update.
