I made a roast chicken with potatoes, stuffing, corn, and gravy for dinner tonight. It was amazing. The white stuff on top is the roasted garlic that was stuffed (along with a whole lemon) inside the bird while it roasted.

Nice marbling. Ever cook that thing sous-vide? My friend's been using the sous-vide method on these Costco prime steaks, best freaking steaks ever.
One of the reasons why college sucked was a suitemate of mine. Everytime the fool got drunk, which was virtually every other day, we had to make sure our valuables were out of the common area. Why? Because if he saw it, he'd piss on it. "Oh look an iPod, I think I'll pee on it", "There's someone's laptop, I think I'll pee on it", "That girl's never been here before, I think I'll pee on her."
Anyhow, he got kicked out of the suite after peeing on his doorknob one too many times. His roomate got sick and tired of grabbing the doorknob and having it covered in urine.

My cousin worked on the earthquake retrofit project several years back as an ironworker. He had to remove a lot of rivets and replace with stronger bolts. He got to take some home and was kind enough to give me a couple.
