Just wanted to chime in and say that it's still happening to me; though less frequently than it did a couple of months ago. MB 7+ 128GB if it makes a difference. Never once experience a respring until my 7+.

I hear this happens often on 10.2

Never happened on 10.1.1 7+ Phew!!

But did all the time on 10.0.2

Although the issue has been occurring less and less on later iOS versions, I was finally able to capture diagnostic logs etc. for this issue, and they have been filed along with m original report. This issue will be completely fixed in a future update, per the Apple engineers.

Lol bugs reported doesn't mean bugs fixed,

By any means

Considering it causes your entire springboard to restart randomly, it will be fixed. Not to mention, they specifically said that the issue will be fixed for sure now that they have the logs i provided.

Back again. The respring issue seemed to be resolved with iOS 10.2.1, but since I've updated to iOS 10.3, I've had dozens of respring just since Tuesday. Wondering if anyone's been seeing a resurgence of respringing, or if it's just me?

Anytime I use a app or safari sometimes my phone will go to a black screen with a spinning circle for a few seconds then back to the lock screen so I have unlock it to use my phone again.

Any help and any possible way to check in settings?

The latest issue seems to be somewhat different than what was being discussed in this thread from some time ago:
Date Bug in iOS 11.1.2 Causing Crash Loop on iPhones as December 2 Hits

I think the issue is fixed, we shall know in matter of minutes.......

I have a iphone 6, own it for almost 2 yrs, I use software version 11.0.2, the problem just occurred since today morning, went through this forum and came across your post, so went through the link provided which asks to install iOS 11.2......

Before updating to iOS 11.2, it advises to disable notifications for each and every app, I was in the middle of disabling the notifications (took several attempts as screen was going black in every minute) and suddenly the issue got fixed, so as discussed earlier in the forum and in that link, it might an app not syncing with iOS properly, anyways I am updating to iOS 11.2 and then shall enable the notifications and we shall see if the bug is fixed with the latest update........
