iPhone Release Date Speculation [MERGED]

But making the press travel on a holiday is considered "bad taste" and I'm sure Apple doesn't want to irritate the press. That's why a lot of speculation is showing that the 9th will be the keynote. Give the press Tuesday to travel so they don't have to leave and "work" on Labor Day, with the keynote Wednesday.

i dont see any news confirm from apple post yet ,

The invitation last year was sent on August 28 with the event on the 9th, so this week we will see the invitation for sure. I'm guessing that Apple will send the invitations on Thursday.

They could enable preorders on Friday the 11th and star shipping and selling the phone in stores on the 18th.

Bigger just got faster? or if they did plan (which i highly doubt they do) on announcing the iPad Pro at the same event it could read "it's time to wipe the surface" That's bad so very bad hahaha.

I work at AT&T, no information has been released on pre-ordering yet. We know just as much as you do. In some cases, less :)
 
Hey all,

When do you predict the iPhone 6s will be ready to preorder and when will preorders arrive/ be available for purchase in store.

We know it's going to be announced on 9/9/15 at 10am PDT but not much else has been speculated or rumored.

I'm ready to get my hands on the device! (US speculation of course);)
