If you have an iPhone with an OLED screen, then a workaround would be to use the OLEDX app as it just sips the battery. Your phone would be unlocked (though you could utilize Guided Access but obviously that would defeat the purpose for quick entry into your phone).
Cunard use the Arabic 2 - and only for two ships out of the 248 they've operated, despite re-using several names, so more like what Apple do with the iPads.
You mean, like the SE?I'd love one in the old 5S form factor - maybe full screen on front (no home button) - that size is big enough, but not too big to fit in a pocket comfortably. This is still too big.
Neither are gloves, or wet fingers when using Touch ID. You ever tryed using towch ID with gloves? Not fun at all.
You ever try using a phone with wet fingers?
The SE was shared basically all it's parts with the 5S except the motherboard (A9 chip, 2GB ram and cellular modem) and the rear camera.

I hope the iPhone 9 comes in some different colors (i.e. the blue example in thus article would be great), but rumors are pointing to space grey, silver and red.
If they drop iPhone XR camera in here it will be WINNER!
Curious why the barometer would be a deal breaker. What do you use it for?No headphone jack, no touch ID, no barometer, no sale.
Exactly - except with updated internals and screen. You mean, like the SE?
I would love that too, but it's not sadly not happening. Sticking with the 4S for now...
Did they drop the barometer on newer iOS devices? I'm still on a 7 Plus.No headphone jack, no touch ID, no barometer, no sale.
Me neither xDThis may be off-topic and weird, but I wasn't even aware several iPhone models had barometers haha.
The iPhone XR used to come in a 256GB option, but Apple discontinued it along the September 2019 event.I can’t imagine 256GB will be available. Even the XR is only 64GB/128GB.
I actually wouldn’t be surprised at 32/64 or 32/128 either, but the rumor is 64/128.
XR.Why does no rumor address which camera it will have? Are we talking the base camera from the 11, keep the camera from the 8, or...?
Yes, and the same fate could very well befall the iPhone 11 later this year. A 256GB SE would be $549, it’s a viable price so I think there will be a 256GB model. The 256GB 11, currently $849, will be $749 and that runs pretty heavily into the pricing for iPhone 12. I think it gets discontinued. The iPhone XR used to come in a 256GB option, but Apple discontinued it along the September 2019 event.
It's just going to be called the "iPhone". Just like the base iPad is just called "iPad".
