this reviews doesn't really show the capabilities of camera . still waiting moments review to decide.for me important things are size and camera . this se is perfect form factor for me but not sure with the camera . will it worth the sacriface the smal form factor for a better camera ? I only care about the wide angle lens

It’s only beat by the 11 and 11 Pro models and very similar to the Pixel phones and obviously in low light the pixel has night mode. Pixel is still better, but not by the amount I think many thought.
It took better shots in the same lighting and subject than the 8, X, XR and you’d be hard pushed to find a noticeable difference against the 11 main lens unless you knew which took which and you really zoomed in.
SE (2nd Generation) are all on the right hand side.

Happy about that, as an XR user with an SE2 Walmart preorder in. And would hope so, compared to a phone from 1.5 years ago.
I was hoping Apple's 'best single camera lens iPhone' claim was a real one

thanks for your posts above with example photos. I am impressed, and my concerns about the SE's camera are allayed. Whatever lens they are using, the results are very very good.And yet there were numerous idiots who said it was Apple’s usual marketing lies...

I can see differences in the above comparisons between 11/11 pro max/SE, but they are subtle. The picture of the multicolored books is probably the one with the biggest difference in image quality. The image quality from the SE is very good overall.

Can SE shoot in portrait mode for things, pets etc ?

Yes.
Sure about that? I’ve read in several places it only shoots people in portrait mode.

For crying out loud as others mentioned. Provide all the links and "proofs" you have so its a conversation.
However, listening to your arguments its clear that you don't understand the camera at all.
As from what we get is you are talking about the lens which is only one element of a camera (in this case).
Just to exaggarate the post, its the same like saying D90 is the same as D850 (Nikon) because they both have 50mm lens attached to it.
So if you do such claims, then support it with facts. As others mentioned, nothing is certain at this point. If you however have other resources that we don't then please share those.
Otherwise you sound like a crazy person and usually when someone says its "100%" that that person is usually "100% wrong".
So be constructive or don't be like a screaming kid. Its counter productive.

HA you're right, I was viewing those as the spines of thin books…
so the reviews are out and i was right all along even though when i first made this post people all thought it had the xr camera, just look at the like ratio per post.
Just shows how easy it is for apple to "suggest" ideas to people and have them falsely believe it without ever thinking.

Correct me if I'm wrong but would it be safe to say that SE is as good as 11 Pro?
I see some softness on the 5x zoom but otherwise it looks very close.
Any professional photographer that can pick up more, please?

Apple have confirmed that the SE does not use the sensor from the iPhone 11. We also know that it uses an f1.8 six element lens and the A13 ISP. So those things are certain.
