Showing plenty of 16GB in stock on JL, but only Rose Gold of the 64GB :)

Slightly OT but what do people think would be the best way to swap a 6s for an SE.

The 6s seems to be going for around £450 and I'm loathed to sell it for that so soon after spending £619 on it.

Anyone know any decent trade in prices? Apple don't seem to offer trade in on it yet.

Annoyed at myself for buying it and not waiting 4 more months (but I could have been doing that forever).

Can't afford to go out and buy the SE then sell the 6s as I don't have the funds due to spending my phone fund (I have a servings account I put into each month then buy my phones outright) on the 6s.

Have you checked local Facebook sell/swap groups? Phones seem to hold their prices better there IME.

I haven't.

I was a member of a few but found it to be full of complete time wasters.

Not sure if I fancy putting up with the constant barrage again.

I don't think you will recoup more than £400 with any kind of trade in. Game stores do price match and pay in cash, so as that has no fees like eBay etc, could be more profitable.

All IPhones sold in European Union have 2 years of warranty.
Yes and no, and let me explain:

Yes EU require 2 years of warranty, but the liability is split:
1st year the manufacturer
2nd year the seller

So say you buy the phone from a Vodafone store the first year Apple will cover it the second you have to go to the Vodafone store you bought it from and get them to service it for you.

So it is always best to get it from the manufacturer itself when possible, less headaches.

Just got a text saying my order will be delivered tomorrow! My tracking with DPD now says "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly".

It's happening!

No sign from Vodafone yet, even if they promised I will have it in 31st. At least I can be happy for you guys...
I'm with Vodafone on my iPhone 6, I've bought my se outright though and plan to go on a sim only contract with giffgaff, Vodafone have always been really bad for me

Looks like the late John Lewis order is good, not been cancelled yet and have had my email about their second year warranty too.

Do DPD do the hourly time slot for all deliveries or only if the sender request's it?

You need to give it a good couple of hours, just because other people have got notifications doesn't mean you wont'.

All depends on carrier and time of arrival into the depot

My DPD tracking has changed now and its showing that they'll have my parcel shortly.

DPD text stating delivery tomorrow. When checking the tracking number the parcel has left Leicester so all looks good for the promised delivery date :)

In on UK thread.

Ordered at 7:04am Thursday 24th March, been preparing for dispatch since Thursday night, card was charged Friday sometime.

Got some accessories all ready, leather case cost £13 and Mophie case cost £18, both brand new off Amazon.co.uk. :)
