Guys, when I bought the 6 almost 2 years ago, I did not think that I will ever hold a perfect phone from Apple again in my life. This design is a thing of beauty, it's just perfect. I am again in love.

Just need to pop down to John Lewis this afternoon and pick it up. And then over to Apple for a case on the way home.

Just realised Apple didnt ship my case with the phone, despite the paperwork saying it should be with the phone!!

Just received mine. Oddly, for DPD, I never got an hour slot.

Working out whether I am being a bit of a tart, or whether it really shouldn't have quite the audible rattle from the power button.o_O

Now I'm next on the delivery list, and I've just stepped out of the office and there's a UKmail van at the delivery entrance! Bet I can't just ask the driver if he's got my parcel and take it from him there.

Realistically no he shouldn't give it to you, I'm sure he would want proof of delivery address etc. he'd have to deliver it to your reception

No 64gb models in stock at Apple Store in Bullring, Birmingham :( They said there might be stock tomorrow.

I could try John Lewis, but don't they sim-lock them?

"Your Apple order will be delivered today by Brian, your DPD driver, between 14:36 and 15:36"

:D

Got a 64GB Silver SE on walk in this morning at 10am. Usual scalpers loitering around waiting for their buddies to buy more but they still had some in stock.

Although I tried the 6 and 6S/6S+, I'd gone back to the 5S for the compact size so no worries adjusting. Performance is obviously way up and the battery life too (my main bugbear with the 5S).

They gave me £135 for my old 5S which wasn't too bad considering the ease of swapping in there rather than going to eBay or Gumtree.

The 4-inch SE is the perfect companion to the 12.9-inch iPP.

John Lewis as good as their word, Rose Gold SE 64GB, ready to collect just after 12:00.

After months with an 6S, I have to say, the SE is (for me, YMMV) the perfect sized phone.

And the Rose Gold is, to my old eyes at least, a tad more copper than pink - looks really good.

It feels so good in the hand, I may just go caseless for a while, at least for city days. Out cycling and hiking, I'll probably wrap it up.

Chuffed! :)

The John Lewis ones are unlocked.
Yes, the JL ones are unlocked. Right now running it off a GiffGaff sim. No problems.
