Your right! But it's going to have a Titanium Chassis and an Action Button. That's gotta be rugged tho.
Where that has a sensible size camera bump I thought it might be a Samsung/Pixel for a mo... 😂
I keep seeing posts on how they would/could pull portless off. They already do with the Apple watch and the wireless diagnostics dock that's been posted here before. Would need magsafe to also align the antennas if not a diagnostics port, but if they kept USB2 speed it's completely workable and being used in current products. The only solution would be a mag-safe like link with contacts on the back. Like the connector for the keyboard. This is a typical battle between aesthetics and practicality.
Ergh. My first thought was this looks cool hopefully they don’t just make it a huge phone.I can't wait for every future article talking about this "iPhone Ultra" to use this same render until September.
truly have never understood Apple’s inability to design a mouse properly—it is honestly just laughable, hence my react to your comment.Yes, I am & battery life isn't that great. Wishful thinking. But you are probably right Apple Polishing Cloth in Midnight before then. Maybe we will see a re-design Apple Magic Mouse too, LOL.
Ultra Max Pro, of course.Pro
Pro Max
Ultra
Ultra Max
What’s next? 😂
So far, I have not seen any defense of portless design. What is the benefit? Is it entirely aesthetic?I keep seeing posts on how they would/could pull portless off. Although I'd far rather USB-C so I could just plug it in a monitor, TV or dock though and also be able to charge it anywhere with the ubiquitous USB-C charger rather than having to carry around a special wireless charging pad or magsafe nonsense. Then have to work out sensible wireless charge methods/adapters and have them in cars, on bicycles, work and only get less efficient magsafe wireless charging pads to use with power banks when I'm away or adventuring, and all the other stupid downsides of no port when you can simply just plug it in or have cheap, simple USB-C or lightning cables dotted about in bags, vehicles, different rooms, etc.
So wireless data currently works already (at lightning port speed). Wireless charging is a great option as well but it's a total PITA if it's the only option. So a big no from me.
Reduces the production costs so that Tim can raise margins and pay for more on-yacht entertainment. So far, I have not seen any defense of portless design. What is the benefit? Is it entirely aesthetic?
Makes me think of that Protective Inflatable Free Guy used when he was falling. It looks like a chubby baby who's predestined to be a sumo wrestler. Please no!
The quality of the work done by the designer is impressive though.
Ultra Max Pro, of course. Then the Pro Max Ultra and the Max Ultra Pro.
