The one thing I find funny about this thread, is that despite everyone trying to somehow prove that his image is fake, nobody has came up with a decent reason yet :D

The fact that his left arm is holding the iPhone as well as the phone taking the picture does not mean much if the image is flipped, like others have said.

It probably is fake but I've yet to see any proof that it is.

Because you can tell by the background that he's not in a work environment, so he should have as much time as he wants to take a bunch of pictures of it. If this kid, somehow, got a hold of the new iPhone before its even announced, and was able to take it HOME with him, he should have more pictures.

It might have been believable if it was in an elevator, that would explain the lack of more pictures, blurriness, etc. :D

I'm kind of a noob, whats the deal with the hole elevator thing everyone ALWAYS brings up whenever the "leaked" photo shows up?

a couple of years ago, we used to get pics blurry pics that were taken in an elevator. It made sense b/c if you actually had the unannounced product, you would be an apple employee in a high security situation. The only chance you may have to take a pic, would be during a short elevator ride.
