It happens with wishbone too, but it still sends my nightly/daily dozen notification, but if I open it up it doesn't work.

It doesn't say the wifi is completely gone on Safari, it just stays on a specific place, I've left it on that place for an hour and it still hasn't worked... I know it's not that anything's blocked my phone it's the phone, and doesn't work on my school's wifi.
