My iPhone X makes an audible click noise along with the haptic feedback when exiting control center. Did not happen prior to 11.2. It appears to come from the speaker since connecting headphones or a BT speaker will prevent the audible click.

When I swipe up from the bottom of the screen to close the Control Center I hear a haptic click. If I swipe up from the middle of the screen it is silent.
When you swipe up from the middle of the screen to close CC, do you get the haptic feedback? Mine doesn't produce any feedback (haptic or audible). Didn't notice if this was the case prior to 11.2 or not.

I don't get any feedback (haptic or audible) when I swipe up from the middle of the screen to close the control center. The worst haptic feedback I get is when swiping up for the passcode. The vibration is marked.

On my X I get the click if I dismiss from the bottom, but if I dismiss from anywhere else on the screen (swipe from any blank space) I do not get the click. . .

Also have this after 11.2 update.

Tested another X, that one also has the broken click when swipe up on the control Center.

Hope this won’t mess up the hardware.

Today i found when i use reachability to drag the screen down no sound or vibration happen, like until now...but when i swipe up, to bring the display to normal, a sound and vibration happen

Only me? is this as intented?

If you open your ringtone settings and goto change the vibration pattern and scroll through the different options it will also do this clicking sound as well. This is annoying as ****.

I thought this was a new feature for 11.2? It doesn't really bother me at all, it's just a haptic click. So this isn't suppose to be normal?

I have this too. No fixed pattern. At times I hear a click on swiping up on CC and at times I don’t. Doesn’t happen on silent mode though and swiping up on notification center. Thought I had a faulty unit. Glad it is just a software bug.

I had this and could replicate it 100% of the time. Went to the apple store which is a 2 hour commute. Waited two hours for them to replace the haptic engine and speakers. Tried it with the rep one i got it back. It still clicks. The rep shrugged and said i should wait and see what happens.

Man...They HAVE to know this is an issue by now. I hope they fix it with the next update.
