[doublepost=1510735219][/doublepost]The photos I uploaded were Live Photos I made, but I guess MacRumors stripped them of that data. I used a video I downloaded on my Mac, sent the video to my iPhone, cut the video into several smaller videos, used an App called Live Studio to convert the videos into Live Photos, then rotated the photos into portrait. So was anyone else fascinated by the video they showed of the iPhone X that showed swirling, glittery paint on the screen? The paint filled the corners, and moved around the notch. It got me hoping that this is some kind of live wallpaper for the X that would move as you tilted the phone.
I haven't seen or heard any mention of it anywhere, but for those interested, it can be seen at the end of the keynote, at the 1:50:17 mark.
Thanks,
Doug

I wish we could create, somehow import these new Dynamic Wallpaper (various colors on black) into the 6+ - 8+ phones. Little disappointing Apple couldn't update these on those who didn't buy the X. I do like the new Dynamic wallpapers.I assume there isn't anyway to add custom dynamic photos to the iPhone?
Very cool, I have Live Maker app that ONLY creates a 3 second live photo, which is cool..but brief.
Does this 99 cent Live Studio app have a time limit when you convert Video to Live Photo? If it can create a longer "Live file", I'll buy it.
99 cents is nothing obviously, but If it does the same as an app I already have..then I'll pass.
I've created a 2:50 live photo with Live Studio. So I think it will work for you. Also, it allows you to create a video from a live photo, a gif from a live photo, and both video and gif to a live photo. But I've found that if the gif doesn't have good frame rate, it doesn't produce a very good live photo. But videos to live photos work great!
FYI - they only move with 3D Touch. I’m on 11.2 now.

Thanks! These look great. Love the black background and live Xs!Masked "X" wallpaper I threw together.
Animated X on Black background, Animated X on White (Similar to Apple website).
Mix of fluid animation and some static backgrounds.
These are MP4s, you can use apps mentioned to create LiveWallpaper

It is actually a live wallpaper and with the latest update, there are 6 total. However, I am not able to get it to work. I’ve read all of the info online and watched a couple of YouTube videos and am still at a loss. Has anyone been able to figure out how to get them to move?Rumors have it that it has had to be stopped multiple times to fix problems. My rumor is as good as yours.

There are 9 live wallpapers under wallpaper and one of them is the one from the commercialsOk, I don't have the X, but I did think that "fluid trippy animation" was ONE AWESOME feature just from the keynote, the commercials I've seen all week - and you're saying the phone doesn't have this? Wow.
Reminds me of that Live Photo "Blue Jewel" that didn't come with the (7 / 7+)
Anyway, my only advice right now - there is an app called "Live Maker," you can download YouTube videos (something like this - "fluid design") Import this MP4 into your phone and create a LivePhoto effect. Look for other "Fluid iPhone X" movies on YouTube. Only downfall it may not be perfectly sharp looking on that OLED screen..maybe if your can find a 4K video and save that, you'll get a fairly sharp looking video effect.

I certainly appreciated the effort you went to.Then don't download them, no one is holding a gun to your head.
