My wife’s email states that the shipment is 2-3 weeks and I saw previously the dates 11/17-11/24. So the weeks are counted from the first availability date that is 11/3.
[doublepost=1509157237][/doublepost]BTW, I just saw that my phone is being prepared for shipment. My date is Nov 3 and my credit card was also charged for the tax.
Hello, I got a reservation this morning when pre ordering iPhone X. I then continued to purchase one with delivery time 2-3 weeks. But my reservation was for launch day, Nov 3rd. Earlier, I received an email to complete my reservation, but I can’t complete because I already have an existing order to my phone number. Can I cancel my existing order so I can proceed to complete my reservation with earlier delivery time?

Funny that there was a whole article about getting ready to buy it via the App and it was all a waste. In the UK the website came online first and the App is still down!
To say I am gutted is an understatement - I was clicking the Apple Store on my imac in the UK from 08:00 on order day and it continually said to come back at 08:01 until about 08:09 then I got all sorts of weird messages until I got something saying delivery 5-6 weeks so I said well ok then - So it then gives me a message to say that Good News I can get it earlier in Bromley and at 08:16 I get an email saying it will be ready for pickup on the 3rd - great. Problem is that after feeling excited about pickup this week I have just re-checked the mail and noticed to my horror it says 3rd DECEMBER !!!!! Whats worse is I only said Bromley because the Bluewater Store is still closed - bet it will be open by December but I still have to travel into Bromley - Given that I am on an Apple "get a new iPhone every year" contract I am more than a little hacked off that that does not give some sort of preferential treatment - It should really say "Get a new iPhone every 15 months in this case !!!
Ordered 20 mins after opening still dec 4th for me. Not happy.
In Australia and there has been no pickups ive seen available near me (or in Sydney which i tried to see if they were getting any). Are you in the US and near an Apple store?

October 27, 2017 and November 3, 2017 are undoubtedly the second most historic date in the iPhone history. Two dates that would be kept in the memory of iPhone lovers as the best iPhone preorder and launch dates in the iPhone history. The first historic date was when the first iPhone was released.
Apple is now accepting pre-orders for the new iPhone X through its online storefront and through the Apple Store app.
The iPhone X features the first major redesign Apple has introduced in years with a 5.8-inch OLED display that is nearly bezel-free with no Home button. It also introduces a TrueDepth camera that supports a new Face ID facial recognition system and it supports Qi wireless inductive charging.
