Ya but you have to think maybe half are there because that's all they can afford or something similar. You can't believe all 15% feel the same way you do about the size. Some aren't as blessed to be making a choice regarding screen size.
Fine, let’s say it’s half, or 7.5%. Right now that’s about the same number of new iPhone SE sales, and that was enough for Apple to see fit to update it’s RAM last year. So again, if Apple is committed to the smaller form factor, let’s see the A-10 chip with a 4” screen!

So what would you see the reason to upgrade to a new SE model even if it had same technologies as the 8 or the X? Hmmm. Just size then? Nnnno.
I can’t quite make out what you’re trying to say here. I would buy an updated iPhone SE 2 that had the same power as the iPhone 8 and/or iPhone X with display. I would pay $900 for it. I do not want large phones. It has nothing to do with big hands, small hands, or hands at all. It’s about ergonomics, one handed use, convenience, pocketability and preference. All the people moaning for large screens over the years got their devices in spades. Now it’s time for those of us who don’t want large screens to be treated equally.

Still no first weekend sales numbers though. I’d be interested in that..
They don’t announce those starting with the iPhone 7.

Well, here is the thing, water isn't wet. The definition of wet is being soaked in a liquid. Water is water, when water touches something that is not water, the thing that the water touches becomes wet. So keep your fake news buddy.
You must be so much fun in parties.

It's funny that people saying iphone X will fail because the price is too high.

Now, the first week sales proved those people is wrong.

And now I see people saying iphone 8 will beat iphone X in sales in the long run because it's cheaper.

What about you just accept the fact that *alot* of people worldwide have more disposable income than you and willing to spend on Apple products?

I was expecting the X to do much better than what the chart suggests. All that hype surrounding the X in the tech industry. Yet it only just barely manages to squeeze past the 8/8+ which everybody (except TIm Cook, at least in public) considers a flop. Now, combine the 8/8+ with the X and we got close the crazy release of the 6/6+. That just tells me that Apple users are very divided at the moment. We’re going to need way more time in order to get a better picture though.

Why are Apple users "divided"? Why can't they just be buying the product they want?

That doesn’t make any sense then. Size is already served in the SE. if Apple just made another no technological advances you wouldn’t simply upgrade.

I think a bigger question is if resolutions would be increased across the board?
Makes perfect sense to those of us who want a smaller form factor without having to give up reasonably current hardware. Apple saw fit last year to bump the SE’s RAM, but the SE is now two CPUs behind, has an older camera, no 3D Touch, etc. I held my original iPhone yesterday and it’s still the perfect size to fully navigate one-handed. My 4 was probably the pinnacle before the phablets took over.

To the original person I had a dialog with the SE it was about size. Yet with technology as it stands it’s difficult to keep the size without significantly increasing the cost using new components. Case in point Sony’s Xperia Compact lone hasn’t had wireless charging until just this year 3yes behind their regular Xperia lineup had it. They’re the ONLY sub 5” screen competitor.

The 4 was total crap in its day only the screen & weight was nice. The 5S was the sweet spot. Too must nostalgia mentioned in your reply when we’re talking about existing products. Let’s focus shall we?

The SE seems to be the lowest common denominator for an iOS experience.

This is a completely unsubstantiated statement. And if they do upgrade the SE professor to the A10 (or A11) they’re welcome to bump the price by $100. At $450 it’d still be a bargain. And dolt tell me there’s no room behind a 4” screen for a different CPU. And I don’t care about wireless charging.

The 4 was total crap in its day only the screen & weight was nice.

Another wildly unsubstantiated statement. Glass front and back, first retina screen, face time camera, A4 processor, compact form factor. The antenna thing is was made it “total crap”?? Didn’t stop it from blowing the doors off sales. And it sold for over three years. And it ran iOS 7.

The 5S was the sweet spot. Too must nostalgia mentioned in your reply when we’re talking about existing products. Let’s focus shall we?

So my admiration for the 4 is unfocused nostalgia, but your admiration for the 5S is... what?
