I'm in the same boat as well with the TMO 64GB. Same as OP, I saw the pickup available for 11/3 and I blindly chose shipping and got 11/10 - 11/17. I was moving so fast due to my pre-order training that I didn't pay proper attention. Hopefully at least I avoided a multi-hour headache at the apple store on 11/3.

T-Mobile, Space Grey, 256GB

E-mail confirmation received at 3:05 EST, 11/10-11/17 delivery (ships in 1-2 weeks). It definitely seems that only the T-Mobile variant was affected. On a different note, has anyone's order changed from "Order Received" to "Order in Progress"?

Mines changed in the last few hours to "Order in Progress."

I have the same on two of my orders, Nov 10 - 17. SG 256GB. Yes, a trend on T-Mobile!

When I ordered my third, I had the option of in-store on Nov 3, and took that. That disappeared on the next one I went to look at to try to order for Nov 3 pickup. I only need three, so that is fine.

I decided to just check the other carriers, and I would have been able to choose in-store Nov 3 for about another 10 minutes. I then went back to bed. This morning none are available for in-store pick up, and all are 5 to 6 weeks out to ship.

64GB space Grey. Got my email confirmation at 12:03AM for a delivery date of Nov 10-17. Don't know how much quicker i had to be for a launch day delivery considering the app opened for me at 12:02. So hoping it moves up a few days or even launch day. My status has changed to In Progress online as well

We should re-name this thread the T-Mobile phones ordered through Apple store thread. Seems to be the de-facto dates everyone got.

Ironically, the T-Mo site itself is still saying November 2nd-3d shipping for most models. Apple must have allocated a massive bucket of phones to T-Mo proper, and had a tiny batch of t-mo phones allocated for their own store.

Meanwhile Verizon phones I could get for in-store pickup for HOURS after the site went live.

T-Mobile still has a lot of stock? Shipping on Nov 2-3? What about other carrier websites?

Can confirm as well - 256gb T-mobile silver for 11/10-11/17 but mine has also moved from Order Placed to Order in Progress.

I have a theory about what happened with the T-Mobile phones. I wonder if because the T-Mobile version is the only one that you can get without verifying carrier info, perhaps there are a lot of bots ordering the phones for scalping purposes. To somewhat circumvent this, Apple started the shipping dates at Nov 10-17 for all T-Mobile models in order to later prioritize the people they can identify as regular customers (like those on the IUP program or those without bot-like attributes to their orders or whatever).

I know I'm reaching here but it's a possibility. I guess we will see over the next couple days if any of our orders start preparing for shipping.

Also, I do know a very small handful of people managed to get a 64GB model for launch day delivery, but I haven't seen a single person get launch day delivery for a 256GB model.

It's a weird situation because you would think if they had that small of a supply of T-Mobile phones, the shipping dates would have slipped faster than all the other carriers. But the only shipping date that wasn't in line with the other carriers was Nov 3 delivery. After that, Verizon, ATT, and T-Mobile all slipped at approximately the same rate.

That makes sense, I think a few of us will be the chosen ones and see some order status changes prior to Nov 3.

I've always seen them under promise over deliver (like delivery early than expected) than miss a quoted shipping range.

I'm telling my friends who all got a range of delivery times: its still a LOOONNNG time till Nov 3 - 10 , lots of things can change. People cancel orders, stock updates, component parts improve in availability , etc.

Also as evidenced at the stores, deliveries of handsets happen every day, the system is churning every day. Lots of things can happen ...

3:02am EST Confirmation email
256 GB iPhone X Space Gray (T-Mobile)
11/10-11/17 Delivery
Order in Progress (10/27/17 11:25am)

Looks like T-Mobile users were the unlucky bunch this year!

I guess I'm different, I got a Verizon 64GB Silver.

I got in at 3:02AM and immediately Silver 64 was Nov 10th-17th delivery while every other configuration was for the 3rd! Even in store pick up for the Silver 64 was Nov 3rd. Unfortunately I trained to do delivery and didn't catch it. It stayed like that for a little while.

I got my confirmation e-mail by 3:03AM. So yeah, Verizon Silver 64 GB was screwed out of the gate.

I am also currently at "Order In Progress" with no charge to credit card.

I got into the store at about 12:03. I had a chance to do in-store pickup, but was trained for delivery, that I failed and didn't go for the November 3 store pick-up. So I got a Silver 256 T-Mobile for November 10-17. Anybody think we'll get lucky and be bumped up? Also, double checked, my credit card hasn't been charged. I know those that have, got release date delivery.

Same. Tmob 256GB Silver, processed at 12:05 on Apple site, 11/10-11/17.

Mine says Order in Progress. Also T-Mobile, Black, 256. Also ordered at 1:04 (mountain time).

Did you guys all see the article on the front page with the analyst and "lead times?" My email confirmation shows 12:04am Pacific/3:04am Eastern. Meaning I got my order in even before that time. Based on this chart, those of us who got in that early, SHOULD get it release day. Obviously I think we've all come into agreement that there were no launch T-Mobile iPhone X's available. I really wonder what all this means. Something? Nothing? I guess we'll find out soon enough!

That's a lie... I got my confirmation e-mail at 3:03AM and I got 10-17th for Verizon 64GB Silver

Being that T-Mo and AT&T handsets are the same... I have a hard time believing there were none available.

1:03am order here. T-Mo 64gb. Says 1-2 weeks (Nov3 - Nov 10th) but lists dates as 10-17 which is 2-3 weeks. Who knows.

Huh? How is that 2-3 weeks? If you get it on the 10th, that's exactly 1 week from launch. If you get it on the 17th, that's exactly 2 weeks from launch....hence 1-2 weeks. Not sure how you're coming to the conclusion that 10-17 is 2-3 weeks. Only way I see it as 2-3 weeks, if you mean from today.....but I always took the estimates as based off of release day. Again, in which case, we're in the 1-2 week category.
