Hmm not sure if you can request one. I didn’t ask for a window, they automatically sent me one as an update. Good thing as I’m working tomorrow but can take my lunch early to be at home for my baby to come.

Welcome to Xfinity Mobile I have had it since April and have never had a problem. Driving cross country on vacation, never lost service.... throughout the 4 days of hurricane Harvey beat down, never lost service. Also The protection plan for 12.00 a month includes AppleCare, and you can upgrade after 50% of your device is paid off. Another added benefit is I am not ready for an upgrade but want the iPhone X, so I added a line by the gig and will turn off my cellular only having to pay for the device itself because talk and text are free.

Wow X is soooooo fast.
I called Xfinity and did an immediate unlock and activated with my Aio sim. Still have 2-3weeks prepaid of service to run out.
Unlocked instantly, no codes, no plugging into iTunes. Impressive

So I’m not super savvy on the unlocking thing. Does that mean if you go overseas you can just pop in an overseas sim and the phone will work with that carrier?
Has anyone had any issues so far with Xfinitywifi hotspots? There’s one at my work I used religiously with my iPhone 7+ but my X claims there’s no internet connection when I try to connect to it.

Was having that issue. Got their hotspot app and installed the security profile. Worked good.

I placed my pre-order at on 10/27 at 9:10 am EST. My iPhone X was scheduled to arrive 11/17 - however, I recently had a conversation with an Xfinity agent via Chat regarding the iPhone X inventory and my order status. The rep advised Xfinity has received more iPhone X’s and will be updating the shipping date on a “first come first serve” basis. The rep was not able to disclose an ETA - nonetheless, there’s hope for us late pre-orderers lol 🙂

I was gonna wait a couple weeks, but really wanted to gain hotspot ability. So I went ahead and processed my XM activation.
AND HOLY COW I've been on 8mbps capped Cricket for sooo long. When did LTE speeds get THIS FREAKING good.
