Opening an app is not practical usage. It's how fast the app gets it's work done, which the iphone will demolish. As far as how many people render using imovie, I do and do it frequently to edit movies that I share with my family. I daresay between apps like clips and imovie there may be more usage than you postulate.
Watch the video again. Look at how the iPhone XS was SLOWER in loading Asphalt 9. You seem to be trying to find an excuse as to how a $300 phone is competitive and in some respects superior to the $1000 one

Right, you’re talking about app loading, again. App loading times are not the final metric in performance.

Cool then show me a video of the iPhone besting the Pocophome in what you define as app performance across multiple common apps.

I'm waiting for the video that shows browsing, game play, video encoding etc with the iphone losing. You know something that actually depends on cpu power. App opening, which is dependent on animations in the beginning not speed, to me, is irrelevant.

I posted that video. at 4:37 he starts doing browsing load tests, and pocophone does it faster. So now do you admit that I'm right?

I am so confused how the XR has a better screen resolution over the XS.

XS: 2436x1125, 458 ppi
XR: 1792x828, 326 ppi

What am I missing here?
