Glass should on touch should feel a lot smoother and more dense, plus will conduct heat or cold much quicker than plastic

I can Confirm, The iPod Touch has a Glass Screen, same as used on the iPhone.

Ive spoken to Apple Support today, and they confirmed this for me.

No offense man...but did you take those with your camera phone? They look really bad dude. Get a tripod if you have to. Turn off flash when shooting directly into the face of the ipod.
