Also, canceled Online Store order. Kind of retarded I can get it in a retail store before the official release date (whatever that's supposed to mean) when Apple will finally ship it. I'm an Apple nerd and I love their products, but they dropped the ball on this one. Happy nonetheless!!

Night and day difference between the two. I was in a bit of denial with my week 37 until I did an in store comparison, then promptly made an exchange. The Apple tech was very friendly and he saw the problem as well, and I was not charged any restocking fee. I was happy with the device before, now I'm thrilled with it!

I have a week 37 and a slight screen problem...they are watchable but I still notice the negative black images. I got mine at best buy. do you think they will ask to see? or they will do an exchange without asking any questions?
Like anything else it probably depends who you get. I'm sure that if you explain the situation and let them know you just want to swap it won't be a problem. In fact I would think Best Buy would be easier than the Apple Store.

I order from Vanns , got it in 3 days, at first I was denying the screen prob but after the testing, I can see the difference. so I am returning it to Vanns for full refund, but I have to eat the shipping.

I used AVP, Underworld, Batman and V for Vendetta. All look great ok my 38 compared to the 37.
