Think small, you're just going to be buying the next model in a year anyway. Apple will make it so you cannot refuse.

Unless you get some thrill from loading it up with media what's the point? Your stuff should be backed up and safe anyway. Not all on one device.

Isn't playing your media the point of owning it in the first place? I don't purchase music and movies so I can keep them safe at home on a hard drive--I get it all so I can watch and listen to it at the beach, in the car, in line at the store, etc. If I purchase an iPad, then I am definitely going to fill it up with content--otherwise, what's the point of getting one in the first place?
