Is 8GB too small for iPad mini?

Let me see... Not trying to negate the pro/con arguments, but instead list my thoughts and needs.

An iPad Mini for me will be used for media consumption, but also for photos (both storage and taking photos if a decent camera is available).

However, I am moving more and more towards the cloud options in regards to basically everything:

Photo/file storage: Dropbox
Video : Netflix
Music : Spotify

I don't play games on my iOS devices, although I may have one or two of the smaller games installed.

I don't read books on them either.

I do use Flipboard and Pulse, Twitter and Facebook. TapaTalk is also a musthave for me, along with Instagram too.

So... As far as I can make out, by looking at my current setup, an 8GB option would be sufficient for me.

I will most likely go for a 16GB option though, however, this all depends on the price point of the devices.

About 8/10 people use less than 2GB on their iPhones, I'm sure an 8GB iPad would be fine for them. I work in a phone store, everyone wants an iPhone but a majority don't know why ;)

Thats a statistic you've just pulled out your arse.
