Like Firefox, you can't sort bookmarks alphabetically, which I find really annoying. Unlike Firefox you can't install a plugin to do this for you. Nor can you use it with foxmarks. So... it's nice, but I'll stick with Firefox thanks.

I'm still baffled as to why every browser bar IE has no in built bookmark sorting. It's surely the most basic feature required in bookmark management.

After a week on 3.0 I uninstalled it on all three books. A bit too buggy for me right now. It ran well, but tiny things that were painfully annoying got the best of me.

-The tab confirmation (found two more other than the one I complained about)

-Sometimes makes ebay go into super wide screen mode

-right click and paste eats up the blank and makes me have to move the cursor and space between the pasted item and the previous item on the page.

- few other tiny things.

I'll wait for the final release, all I liked was the switchable tabs anyway.

The new find feature is outstanding, "Reopen all windows from last session" is incredibly handy, confirmation about closing windows if multiple tabs exist, etc. But the thing I like the most is the JavaScript processing speed.

I ran some JavaScript benchmarks on the day it came out as I was skeptical about Apple's reports on it's speed, and I've got to say, they were right. If you want to check out the results, I have a report up here.

Did you have a 3rd party extension installed like Taboo that prevents you from accidently closing Safari when you ahve more than one tab open? I couldn't close the Safari 3 window at all until I uninstalled that.

Using Safari 3 beta at the moment and I love it. It's locked up a few times, which can be expected for a Beta, and I've had 2 rendering glitches, although that was only at first, it now seems fine.

I love the way tabs work, and the other features such as Search and expandable text fields work really well...

I use Opera, I think it is far superior to Safari, even Safari 3. The mouse gestures and many other original features really make it stand out in the browser world.

I'm most impressed about the speed of Safari three. Usually beta software has all sorts of debug code in place slowing it down but this thing is the fastest browser I've ever used! I cannot even dream of it getting faster once the debug stuff has been removed.

It has crashed on me twice, so no biggie. It's a beta so it is allowed to crash once in a while...
