If Apple were losing money allowing people to try and return products they would change the policy.
They just add it to the cost of the phone.. Maybe they will change it to reduce phone cost when the ceiling it hit on price..

I went from the 13PM to the Pro. Couldn’t do it. Now I’m going back to the pro max.
I liked the portability but I’m too used to the large size.
Biggest differences:
- more scrolling on the smaller screen. I didn’t realize how much more I had to swipe to see more emails, reading, etc.
- my hand covered more of the screen which made using it one handed awkward.
I’ve gone back to my 12PM until I can find another 13PM - they’re sold out everywhere.

When the iPhone 6 Plus came out back in 2014 I swore I’d never go back to the larger size again after spending a year with the Plus. Fast forward to 2021 and I’m back to the larger format in the form of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Coming from a 12 Pro I decided last minute before the preorder to switch to the 13 Pro Max. Oddly enough I don’t find the Max to be too big this time around, and I’m definitely appreciating the larger screen. I don’t find it to be too much in the hand and I haven’t missed my 12 Pro at all. The added battery life has been a huge plus on the Max too. With the move to the Max for me this year I actually feel more appreciative of the phone because it definitely feels like an upgrade over my 12 Pro from last year.

I'm waiting patiently for the "iPhone 14 Pro Max is too big, anyone trading it in for the regular iPhone 14?" thread to start again.
