Is it possible to have a different app respond to no-login-tap?

I don't think so, an I couldn't find a solid answer.
I want to use Noteablity as my default all in one note taking app.
I would like to be able to tap the iPad Pro lock screen and add notes without logging in, just like the build in Notes app.

Is that possible? Where would you enable it?
