I was wondering if you could remove an iPhone 6S's motherboard and install an iPhone 7's motherboard so it would have a better chip, and whit it, a better performance... is it possible to do?

    Yes.

But to do this, you also need to replace battery, camera, screen, case, and a bunch of other components along with the main board.

Surely, this is for the headphone jack. There is an easier way (EDIT: whatever else you do, don't read the comments on that video) :

All you need is an iPhone 7, a pocket knife, some chewing gum, and a steady hand.
