is there a way to restore my iOs 12 beta 2 after updating to beta 3?

I looked all over and cannot find an answer for this, but is there a way to restore my iPhone 12 beta 2 after I updated to beta 3? The Photos app is really, really slow to sync my photos between devices on beta 3.

I think you should be able to use the beta 2 IPSW to install it via iTunes.
