Hey Andrew -

Thanks for all the hard work on this. I tried out iToner when you first put it up, reloaded Post Toastee 3 times after iTunes took it off and decided to buy iToner. Works great and I'll just sit here on 1.0.2 and the old iTunes until you have a fix. The security updates would be nice to have but the only feature I'm missing is the wireless iTunes store. I can live without that.

Keep up the good work.
Long live Moki

I'd love to buy iToner, but it's too risky right now, with all the updates from Apple.

You really need to be able to use something like iToner a year or so to make the value wortwhile, since Apple is breaking it so often, it seems like a lot of money to throw out.

I wish Apple didn't do that to you guys.

a year to get value out of $15???
Utterly crazy

I have 10 ringtones on my iPhone. If they were even available from iTunes (and none of them are), I would have paid $20 for them.

iToner was $15, so I'm already $5 ahead.

Just to update everyone... we just sent out a beta to our beta testers today that adds support for iPhone OS 1.1.1. Obviously we still need to test it properly, but I wanted to advise you of this excellent news! :)

Yes, good news! Thank you for keeping a great product alive!

It's working... we just have some bugs to work out to ensure it's up to our standards. But the hardest part is done, now it's getting all of the little things right. :)

So since it seems to be working do you have an estimate of when it might be available to download? I know it takes time for these things, I just really miss my ringtones. Keep up the good work!

I wish I could give you an ETA, but I learned long ago not to do that. It makes people upset if you miss the date you said you'd ship things by.

We're hoping that it's sooner rather than later, but trust me... we want it out more than you do.

As long as it basically works could you release it now?
Then you could issue an update? Or maybe just expand your beta group to include me?:D:D:D

hehe -- don't worry, we'll have it out soon. I promise you, no one wants this out sooner than we do, it's been a nightmare for us.

But we've found that it's better to fully test software before releasing it to the public, so we're going to make sure it gets a full thumbs up from our QA before it goes out the door.

You're a good man moki!! I appreciate your diligence on this whole thing. Keep up the good work. Hopefully when Leopard releases, there isn't another 3rd party app break in a possible iPhone firmware update.

how are you going to upload it in flash :(
have to wait till I get my comp now
but cool there's a demo great news

Right on Andrew, now all we need is an editor that will allow making a PART of a song the ringtone.
Just giterdunn so I can run that stupid update and get louder speakerphone etc.

Muchos gracias el Presidente.

Our goal for 1.0.3 is to make iToner compatible with iPhone OS 1.1.1. As such, there are no new features beyond that.

We definitely agreed that ringtone editing would be a good thing, though. :)

Pardon me for my noob post. I like the program from what I saw on demo, my only question is do people have to buy every update or is updates free or what. I do apperciate your work. I also like your program due to it doesnt changed my iphone just adds ringtones that you cant get on itunes. I mean I made one from a dvd I own with much work and it got taken away from me and itunes doesnt offer it.
