Its me again, second thoughts about selling the mac pro again!!

Actually I've thought about 23x2 ACD's. And even thought about keeping the mac pro and selling the 17" mbp and use the funds to get a macbook air + another 23" ACD.

But no way I want to give up this 17" hi res hehe.

I went from a 17" SR MBP to a Macbook Air and Mac Pro with 23" ACD. I use the Pro at work and the Air everywhere else.

My MP has a 7300, so FPS are poo.

i've got 4days to make up my mind, if apple ever release the 8800 for my "old tech" MP, then it will demolish a MBP, but until then, then MBP with 8600 512 will beat me... but i think the extra 2"s of the MBP could kill the portability round the house for me

You could opt for the ati x1900 which would demolish anything that the 8600m gt can do.
