So the year after 1999 was twenty-0-0? People should have started with the twenty preface 10 years ago. I remember all the hubbub of Y2K. It wasn't that the world would shut down on twenty-0-0, it was Y2000. So sticking with the preface that has been in place for the last ten years would make this year two thousand ten.....and change
