when are they going to release iTunes 11.1 for iOS 7 support? wednesday? that will put a lot of strane on the apple server if they release both on the same day because everyone will be downloading iTunes 11.1 and iOS 7 at the same time.

I hate itunes 11 with a passion. No need to discuss itunes until they get to 12. Yeah, it's that bad.

Your post would still be true if you just had the word, "itunes" in it with no 11.

I agree. Whether they believe they have enough capacity or not, the best plan would be to stagger the releases with iTunes first so people can prepare.

They should've had iTunes out yesterday, the absolute latest today.

    Anything else is poor planning.

Well there is a need to discuss it when you need iTunes 11.1 for iOS 7

But yeah would make sense to get it today ready for iOS 7 tomorrow.

Agreed. Pretty much poor planning if iTunes doesn't release today.

Jesus, itunes11 is the most craptacular piece of craptacular apple has ever released.

I won't be upgrading at all now.

OR, perhaps I update to ios7 and keep itunes 10. I could just back up to icloud, I suppose.

    Non-sense!
It's exactly the same as 11.0.5, only compatible with iOS 7.
    WTH are you complaining about?

Then you won't be able to upgrade. Oh well, that's your call. Live in the past.
There's nothing wrong with 11 that would make 10 better.

Same thing. iTunes is up to date. I've installed iOS 7 GM, can't sync with old iTunes 11.0.5 for a few days. I'm still waiting...
