I have been using windows itunes 12.6.5.3 for several years to sync 2 different iphone and 2 different ipad. In ios ipados 13.4 version, iphone 6s + ipad 6 ipad pro 2 10.5 device has seamless synchronization. but the problem with the iphone 11 ios 13.4 gives the error in the photo I added below. itunes 12.6.5.3 updates apps from the store without any problems. but in no way does the iphone 11 sync. If anyone has this problem or knows the solution, I would be very happy if it helps. thanks

Did you solve this?

The answer is to install the updated Apple device driver package that is in the latest iTunes.exe

The iTunes.exe is just a self extracting zip file containing more .exes and an installer. So you can use 7zip or similar to extract the device driver.exe. Then just run it.

The simple answer is that iPhone 11/11 Pro (along with Apple's recent iPad and iPad Pro models) requires iTunes 12.10. It's listed in the System Requirements section of the Technical Specifications for those products.

People may dislike change, but it's a free app. (Unless you're running a version of Windows older than Windows 7, in which case there's the Microsoft Tax...)

I am really disappointed that a subscriber to this forum thinks the only way to do something is the way that Apple wants.

It is still possible to do exactly what the OP wants to do (including managing his own app updates) using the Enterprise version 12.6.5.3.

In I.T. you don’t have to obey the Ampelmännchen.
