Looks like it added some iPhoto / Apple TV functionality. Very nice! :)

"With iTunes 7.3, you can now activate iPhone service and sync it with your music, TV shows, movies and more. Also, you can now wirelessly share and enjoy your favorite digital photos from any computer in your home with Apple TV"

Recycle

PLEASE BE SURE TO RECYCLE YOUR OLD PHONES, OR AT LEAST DONATE THEM.

"The average American has three cell phones lying around"

If 50,000 people get iPhones, that's an average of 150,000 old phones going in the trash, and hazardous lead, copper and cadmium going into the ground and being burned that could instead be recycled.

Anyway, does anyone ever read the license agreements on Apple software. Nasty.

Also iPhone help now available but te User's guide links to a non existent link

What in iTunes anymore, is it a music player, a sync app, or the kitchen sink??

Not sure if these were present before - this may relate to the iPhone back feature in the Preferences

Cover Flow Scrollbars Fixed!

It appears that this release fixes the blurry scrollbars in Cover Flow on my iMac with the Intel GMA 950. With previous releases, the scrollbars looked terrible, and required a window resize to fix the problem. They were also blurry in full-screen mode. I'm very pleased. Now if they could just fix the 10.4.10 sound popping issue...

Now we have a cool iTunes preference (iPhone) to mock Canadian's while we wait for iPhone to be released in Canada.

iTunes is also where Apple tests out all their new cool stuff, sidebar -> Finder sidebar, brushed metal -> Finder brushed metal, smart playlists -> Finder smart folders, new awkward looking but well organized sidebar -> Finder's new odd-looking but well organized sidebar, no more brushed metal -> Finder no more brushed metal, cover flow -> Finder with cover flow, iPod with Cover flow, iMovie with Cover Flow, web pages with Cover flow, the Bible with cover flow... hey that gave me an idea...

yep that fixed my blurry scrollbars too. haven't had any popping sound though.

Sound popping

My mini had the sound popping issue. Here's how I fixed it:

Go to System Preferences, Sound, click on Output, move the balance from left to right and then leave it in the center. Somehow that fixed mine.

Thank god...hopefully it has fixed the mangled text...

Isn't it weird that Apple hasn't put in iPhone-like song choosing in iTunes' fullscreen CoverFlow?

Now when sorting by Artist any artist name that begins with a numeric character is sorted to the bottom of the list after "z characters instead of previously being sorted to the top of the list.

Great! That means that instead of having to buy more Apple TV's that software updates will help us right along without the need to buy the "next-gen" :apple: TV! :)
