Anybody know if this fixes the encoding in iTunes on Leopard? It wouldn't stay at an exact bit rate before...

Off topic but,

It's genius of Steve Jobs not to release the SDK for iPhone quite yet. Right now, he's getting free security testing... He releases a software update and then later someone says, "I hacked my iPhone doing this..." and he knows it's a security issue. Genius.

Lots of updates can install without booting, same as always. But certain deeper-level changes require the things BEING changed to be shut down (they can't change to a new version/settings/whatever while running--the old version shuts down and the new one starts up). Which is called a reboot 😛

I just downloaded the update onto my Macbook and it told me to restart. After installing components it told me it needed to update the cache and its still hanging with a blue screen and the little swirly loading circle that you see in at startup. 😡

I figured as much... 😛 Just seems strange to have the indicator there, especially if it's just showing the plug and not a specific "battery fill" level...

Im hoping the update fixes the problem Im having. On the US store it lists some "artist" named Brittany Spears as having the top selling album and song. That has to be a major flaw... 😀
